New Pilates Classes added to the timetable
From next week – Monday 14th November – we’ve got some new additions to our timetable. We’ve listened to your feedback and are now able to offer more Pilates classes (both daytime and evening) to complement our popular Yoga classes.
If you’ve ever wanted to try Pilates but really aren’t sure what all the fuss is about, why not join us on Mondays or Thursdays at 5:45pm for Beginners Pilates or Tuesdays at 10:00am for Total Beginners [Pilates]. Both classes will show you the basics and guide you through the class with ease!
