Beginners – Ground yourself in the essentials of PILATES, mastering proper technique to reap the benefits of future classes.The natural starting point for beginners, this class is also suitable for those who’ve been inactive or coming off of an injury. This class helps participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness.

Core Challenge – A Pilates workout designed to specifically target your core muscles and abs. Using a variety of equipment, this fast paced class will target those areas most people want to work!

For Healthy Backs – Pilates for Healthy Back classes provide you with a gentle, balanced workout with the focus on strengthening the core muscles that help support your back, improving your posture and quality of movement as well as helping to keep your spine flexible and strong.

On A Roll – Take your workout to a new level with this rolling class. Incorporating light, rolling equipment, including the Foam Roller, Mini Stability Ball, and Toning Balls. These props are incorporated into the class to add variety and challenge to your regular Pilates workout.

Simple Matwork – Basic Pilates exercises working the whole body – from head to toe whilst allowing you to master the basis principles including Breathing alongside correct placement and control of Ribcage, Pelvis, Shoulder, Head. Suitable for both beginner and more experienced participants, this class will ensure a total body workout.

Total Beginners – The journey starts here – a class for those totally new to Pilates or exercise. Learn the basics comprehensively in a small group class. Begin to develop core strength and build muscle tone. All equipment is provided.
