Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed with the Mum to be in mind.
Attendance from week 14 of your pregnancy right through to your due date (if you feel up to it!) – classes are structured around the changing requirements of a developing pregnancy to provide an effective workout as well as addressing changes in posture and tension in the body.
By retraining your muscles to activate properly, you will be able to cope more easily with the rigours of labour and childbirth, and the demands of the months to follow.
The classes will also help boost your immune system and circulation, and provide the energy levels needed to enjoy your pregnancy more fully and prepare better for labour.
Not only that, you get to meet some amazing mums – to – be there as well – expect plenty of laughter, support and help along the way.
