How to find us (where’s the front door?!)
You can find us directly above Subway. Standing in front of Subway, walk to your left towards Goodfellas Barber Shop and you will find our front door tucked away in the corner next to their front door.
In case you get lost, we aren’t inside Anytime Fitness or Shenley Leisure Centre! Just give us a call and we can direct you (and can usually see you from our Reception window so don’t worry, we will find you!)

When are we open
The studio will be open 15mins before the start of each class – at other times you may find our door closed as we are either in class or helping other clients.

Parking
There’s plenty of parking around Shenley Church End local centre. If you can’t find parking directly in front of the studio, turn left past Subway, left again by Ladbrooke’s and head around the back (by Spice Village). You should find plenty of free spaces there as well. Oh, and parking is free too!
