How quickly can I expect results?

I’m a bit worried having one to one training is out of my league.
Using a Personal Wellness Coach or Personal Trainer is no different to using any other professional service to help you get the results you want. Will I need to continue with Personal Training long term?
programs are designed to show results in 3 months. Maintenance packages are available should you wish to continue with your training and progress but there is no obligation to continue beyond your programme.

Do I need to be fit to keep up in the sessions?
helps to build a foundation of fitness, strength and stability. As every class and program is tailored to the individual, whilst you will be challenged, you will never be asked to do anything that we don’t think you are capable of achieving with a little determination, encouragement and hard work.
Is it going to be really hard?
Absolutely – we can’t say it’s going to be easy but we can promise it will be fun and rewarding. It’s easy to keep doing what you are doing but if you don’t change something, nothing will change and no progress towards your goals will be made. Remember that the results will far outweigh the effort.
Do I have to follow a specific diet?
Diets are temporary as are the results. We will show you how to adapt your eating habits to allow you to LiveLifeWell and make better choices without restricting your choices and enjoyment.
Why is it more expensive than joining a gym?
We want you to succeed. Our prices are based on the results that we deliver not the number of sessions you attend. You are only with us for between 1 and 3 hours per week – and the rest of the time you are on your own – but not really. We are there to support you and keep you on track the other 165 hours of the week. The support includes access to trainers, goal setting, nutrition and fitness plans to follow at home. Cheaper fees for gym memberships and other trainers are a waste of money if you never achieve your goals.
How much do the classes and programs cost?
Give us a call or pop into the studio and we will have a better idea of what you need to achieve your goals and whether we would be a “good fit” working together. We can talk through the packages, prices and what would be most appropriate for you to achieve your goals.
Why do I have to pay for all the sessions in advance?
Paying up front makes you make a mental commitment to your success. It will help keep you motivated and you will be less likely to simply “skip” a session if you don’t feel up for it on the day. Asking for full payment up front as your commitment to the programme is paramount to your success.
It sounds great but I don’t have the time.
Lack of time is one of the biggest obstacles to starting any health, fitness and wellness routine – and the most common excuse. Our sessions are designed for busy. We are here to make things as easy and time efficient as possible. Remember that the results are based on what you put it.

Loose, comfortable clothing (just like you would at the gym). Depending on your program, trainers may be required but most of the workouts will be done barefoot.
